We want every homeowner who reaches Scottconservative Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Scottconservative Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which can include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
