Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Scottconservative Plumbing wants scottconservative.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Where We Aim

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To support that goal, we try to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page layout
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Make the site work with a keyboard
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple language
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get assistance. Request a callback to talk with a provider, or email contact@scottconservative.garden and we will do our part to help.

Tell Us What You Found

We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@scottconservative.garden and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if you know

We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Work That Keeps Going

Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
